Brick Oven party trays are ideal for business meetings, birthdays, holidays or any special occasion. We can suggest menu items perfect for your group, and help you plan a great event. Brick Oven can cater sub sandwiches, pasta or even salads and desserts.

The Great Sub Platter

Whole subs on white or wheat bread, dressed to order and cut into quarters. Mix or match from more than a dozen of yummy and toasty subs on our menu.

Oven-Baked Buffalo Wings

Our wings are oven-baked and dressed your way. Mild, Hot, BBQ or naked with sauce on side. Served with sides of ranch.
